Aditya Raina completed his undergraduate degree in B.A. (Economics and Tax Practices) from Deen Dayal Upadhyay College, University of Delhi, during the academic session 2004–2007.

He subsequently obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with dual specializations in Finance and Marketing from Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak, in 2009. Thereafter, he pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi, completing the program in 2013. He was enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi on 05.09.2013.

Advocate Raina has over a decade of professional legal experience and specializes in handling civil, criminal, and commercial litigation, including matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), debt recovery, insurance law, intellectual property rights (IPR), and public and administrative law.

He has represented clients from diverse sectors and has been associated with IFFCO Tokio General Insurance Company Ltd., as well as handling legal matters for the Indian Medical Association. He regularly appears before various forums, including statutory tribunals, district courts, the High Court of Delhi, and the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, representing statutory bodies, government officials, pharmaceutical companies, and real estate developers.

He is currently empanelled as Counsel for the Delhi Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Tis Hazari Courts.
